FindYourLogo provides an easy and low-cost logo design solution for small and initial business or private use on a non-exclusive basis. If you are looking for a logo design to use on al larger scale, please consider our custom design service for an exclusive and unique design.
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Any use of our logo's, templates or other products imply that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
This agreement is effective at the date of your first copy or download from the FindYourLogo website.
We want to make these terms and conditions as simple and brief as possible, so they can change at any time and are effective as of the time of posting. Please check regularly this page for any updates.

1 - The price of the standard logo is EUR 49,50. After payment you will then own the non-exclusive right to use, print and publish the logo design and the templates for the future of your company or organisation as long as it exists.
2 - It is FORBIDDEN to bundle, sell or resell the purchased logo to any third party. The price is for use by the purchaser only.
3 - Your e-mailadress will be saved when downloading or purchasing a product from FindYourLogo. You allow FindYourLogo to use this e-mail address only for offers with other items regarding your logo. You can easily be removed from our database by sending an e-mail to: service@findyourlogo.com with "REMOVE" in your subject. To be sure please mention your correct e-mailaddress.
Billing information4 - No credit card information is being collected on our website. Information which you fill out when processing payment is stored either at checkout or Ogone, The Netherlands. For more information please check www.ogone.nl.
5. 100% satisfaction guaranteeAre you not satisfied with your logo within 7 working days of purchase? First contact service(@)findyourlogo.com*. Perhaps we can advice or solve your problem in a simple way.
If that doesn't work send us your unique downloadcode with the .zip-file, bankaccount (IBAN and BIC number required!) and we return your money completely within 14 days.
6 - The purchaser is responsible for checking that a logo is not in conflict with local laws, ethics, religions or other copyright or trademark protections.
7 - FindYourLogo can not be held responsible if legal procedures should occur due to use of a logo or template by FindYourLogo.
8 - The logo's are offered without limitations in use. Other people can order the same logo. However, if a competitor in the same area (within 10 km distance) uses exactly the same logo purchased from FindYourLogo and you can proove this, you have the right to receive a new logo without cost.
9 - Custom logo's are always exclusive and unique. However there is always the possibility that any logo can have a light or strong resemblance to other existing logo's. FindYourLogo can not be held responsible for any legal consequences of this matter, nor any financial or other damage result.
10 - FindYourLogo only sells the design concept. We can not guarantee that the files you receive will equal the design concept or work under all types of conditions, or in any types of environment.
11 - Colors on your screen look different in print! FindYourLogo therefore strongly advises to perform a test print before final print.
12 - FindYourLogo is not responsible for errors or misconceptions done by printers. The purchaser is responsible for doing the final check of data, texts, color match, layout and related tasks. All printing work will be offered under the conditions according to the printer.
13 - FindYourLogo guarantees that the files types you receive will be accepted by most of the Windows 2000+ compatible color printers and are usable in other MS Office applications and professional design software.
14 - Please choose your company name and tagline carefully. Research if you are not in conflict with local laws, ethics, religions or other companies by the combination of the logo and your name
Copyright15 - All content found on FindYourLogo website is registered and protected under copyright, trademark, proprietary or other intellectual property law of the Netherlands, and any unauthorized use of such content may violate such laws and this agreement.
16 - FindYourLogo has created all logo's and templates as original and they are not copies or imitations of other logo's or images. We never use stock-art or clip-art and all designs are digitally hand-drawn.
17 - The easiest way of purchasing a logo will be through using our payment processing partner, Ogone. FindYourLogo can not be responsible for errors made by Ogone. Terms and conditions are available on their website: www.ogone.nl
It is also possible to ship the files C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery), so you don't have to pay in advance. The extra costs are € 16,50.
18 - FindYourLogo cannot be held responsible if issues beyond our control prevent us from delivering the logo or other graphical product. This could be any online connection or computer problem making it impossible to complete the download and provide the agreed product.
The coded link that is generated after payment to download your logo is to be kept secret in all terms. When a download or link fails, or your computer crashes, you can try it two more times. After that, or within 48 hours, the code will expire and cannot be used again. Please contact support when your download failed three times: support@findyourlogo.com

19 - The trademarks and logos displayed on the FindYourLogo website are the property of Joep Geelen, Venlo. You are not permitted to use these without the prior written consent of FindYourLogo. FindYourLogo is a trademark of Joep Geelen.
Final20 - All disputes under this agreement shall be resolved by letigation in the courts of law of the Netherlands.
